EARNEST MONEY AGREEMENT

An earnest money agreement is signed in case the apartment is bought during the construction of the building. The agreement stipulates a security deposit in the amount of at least 5% of the transaction amount

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Once the building has been commissioned and the property has been cleared, a purchase agreement is signed. If a preliminary agreement has been signed, the remaining part of the transaction amount is paid after signing the purchase agreement. In case the purchase of the housing was made after commissioning of the building and the preliminary agreement was not signed, the purchase amount must be settled in full.
