EARNEST MONEY AGREEMENT

An earnest money agreement is signed in case the apartment is bought during the construction of the building. The agreement stipulates a security deposit in the amount of at least 10% of the transaction amount

Paying deposit for the purchase of an apartment in Spilvas street 1, Marupe, during construction stage until 1 May 2023 grants the following discounts:

• deposit in the amount of 100% – a 6.0% discount for the purchase of an apartment;
• deposit in the amount of 50% – a 3.0% discount for the purchase of an apartment;
• deposit in the amount of 30% – a 1.5% discount for the purchase of an apartment;

The minimum deposit amount is 10% of the apartment’s value

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Once the building has been commissioned and the property has been cleared, a purchase agreement is signed. If a preliminary agreement has been signed, the remaining part of the transaction amount is paid after signing the purchase agreement. In case the purchase of the housing was made after commissioning of the building and the preliminary agreement was not signed, the purchase amount must be settled in full.

• 52 Paleju Street – April 2023, signing of purchase contracts 1 June 2023
• 1 Spilvas Street – September 2023, signing of purchase contracts – 1 December 2023
